The upcoming weekend in horse racing is highlighted by opening day at Oaklawn Park, one of the most popular racetracks in terms of attendance and betting handle every winter and early spring. The Hot Springs, Ark., track kicks off its 2023-24 meet on Friday, Dec. 8 and will run until Kentucky Derby Day on May 4.
Oaklawn racing will be showcased on “America’s Day at the Races” along with action from Aqueduct. The NYRA-produced program will expand its coverage of Oaklawn this winter with correspondents and analysts on site at the track. This week, “America’s Day at the Races” airs Friday and Saturday, Dec. 9 on FS2.
Live racing from Gulfstream Park, Los Alamitos, Fair Grounds, Woodbine, Turfway Park, and other tracks will be broadcast on FanDuel TV as part of the network’s comprehensive package.
Horse racing from tracks around the world is available to subscribers on Racetrack Television Network (RTN), which can be livestreamed on all devices (computer, tablet and smartphone) and on TV via DISH Network, Amazon Fire and Roku.
