The horse racing calendar in North America is now in full midsummer swing, with Saratoga opening last week and the other premier meet of the season, Del Mar, set to launch on Friday, July 21. The major race of this upcoming weekend, however, is on the Jersey Shore rather than oceanside in southern California, as the 56th running of the TVG.com Haskell Stakes will be held Saturday, July 22, at Monmouth Park.

The $1 million Haskell is a “Win and You’re In” Challenge Series qualifier for the Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic this November at Santa Anita Park, and it is expected to draw several top 3-year-olds vying for that automatic berth.

Fans across the U.S. will be able to watch the Haskell on NBC during a program airing from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET as part of NBC Sports’ Breeders’ Cup Challenge series. The Haskell will also be streamed live on Peacock.

In addition to the national telecast, the Haskell will air on FanDuel TV along with other races from Monmouth Park. FanDuel TV is also the go-to network for daily comprehensive coverage of Del Mar’s summer meet, which begins with first post of 5 p.m. ET Friday and runs for 30 more dates, ending Sept. 10. Action from other tracks including Gulfstream Park and Woodbine (which has a big racing day on Sunday, July 23) will also air on FanDuel TV.

NYRA’s popular “Saratoga Live” brings daily on-site coverage of the ongoing Saratoga meet to viewers via Fox Sports from Wednesday, July 19, through Sunday. The broadcast will go nationwide on FOX from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday for a show  called “FOX Saratoga Saturday” that will feature the Coaching Club American Oaks for 3-year-old fillies. Aside from that three-hour bloc on Saturday, “Saratoga Live” airs on FS2 and FS1 this week – check the below schedule for times and channels.

Horse racing from tracks around the world is available to subscribers on Racetrack Television Network (RTN), which can be livestreamed on all devices (computer, tablet and smartphone) and on TV via DISH Network, Amazon Fire and Roku.

Livestreaming content returns Sunday as ABR presents a “Woodbine Oaks Pre-Game Live Show” on site from the Toronto track. Hosts Dan Tordjman and Jessica Paquette welcome several handicappers, analysts, and racing personalities to focus on the Woodbine Oaks Presented by Budweiser and the Plate Trial Stakes. The show has a start time to be determined and will be available for streaming on ABR’s Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels.

Here’s a guide to this week’s TV, radio, and livestreaming coverage of what should be an exciting week in the sport:
