With fans returning to Pimlico for the 2021 Preakness Stakes May 15 , the festive atmosphere returned to the Baltimore racetrack for the most anticipated day of racing of the year in Maryland.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the race to be postponed until October and to be held without fans in attendance, but there was a sense of normal back at the racetrack for this year's edition with live music and great racing leading up to the second jewel of the Triple Crown.
