E. Paul Robsham Stables LLC

Joyce Robsham oversees the racing stable that she and her late husband started in 1983. E. Paul Robsham, a prominent Massachusetts real estate developer and philanthropist, died in 2004.

He donated $50,000 in 2002 to help launch the New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program. The Robshams bred and raced 1995 Alabama Stakes winner Pretty Discreet, the dam of Discreet Cat. Other stakes winners the Robshams raced are Trust N Luck, the 2003 Fountain of Youth winner, Grade 1 winner Discreetly Mine and stakes winner Ruby Hill.

Joyce Robsham sold Discreet Cat to Godolphin Racing after he broke his maiden. He won an allowance race and the UAE Derby but did not compete in the U.S. Triple Crown races in 2006. His seven-race unbeaten streak ended in the 2007 Dubai World Cup, won by Invasor. He finished third in the Vosburgh and the Cigar Mile and was retired to stud. Some of his leading progeny include Dads Caps, Discreet Marq, and Secret Spice.
