Queen Picasso won at first asking in her career debut in a maiden race for 3-year-olds going 1 1/16 miles on the turf on March 5, 2023, at Gulfstream Park. She was then sent to Belmont Park for her second lifetime start in the Grade 3 $175,000 Soaring Softly Stakes and was successful in that seven-furlong test for 3-year-old fillies on the grass to begin her career a prefect 2-for-2.
